Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Also featured in this latest image drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a key detailing various sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.
